Algunas obras (Never Ending Story, Hypercosmo y Aria – The Breath Immersive Experience) no se recomiendan a quienes padezcan epilepsia o trastornos del equilibrio debido a las luces estroboscópicas, las imágenes y los sonidos que pueden alterar la sensibilidad sensorial. No obstante, el acceso al museo queda a discreción de cada persona. En caso de necesitar asistencia especial, nos pondremos a su disposición para proporcionarle un itinerario alternativo, evitando las instalaciones que puedan causar problemas.

El acceso a la instalación artística POLYHEADRA está prohibido a las personas con estimuladores eléctricos (marcapasos) debido a la presencia de imanes.

Balloon Museum abre todos los días en los siguientes horarios:

  • Lunes a Jueves: 2 pm – 9 pm (última entrada a las 8 pm)
  • Viernes: 2 pm – 10 pm (última entrada a las 9 pm)
  • Sábado y Domingo: 10 am – 10 pm (última entrada a las 9 pm)

La última entrada es una hora antes del cierre del museo.

De este modo, quienes entren con la última admisión tienen tiempo de completar toda la visita.

¿Dónde se encuentra Balloon Museum y cómo llegar?

Balloon Museum se encuentra en el barrio de Fuorigrotta, en la Mostra d’Oltremare, entrada Via Terracina 197 – 80125 Nápoles NA, fácilmente accesible en transporte público. Basta con tomar la línea 2 de metro y bajar en la parada Campi Flegrei, o la línea Cumana en la parada Mostra y caminar unos metros hasta la entrada principal del recinto.

También puede tomar el tren L9 y bajar en Mostra-Stadio-Maradona Fuorigrotta.

También está muy cerca la estación de autobuses de Piazzale Tecchio, donde se pueden coger las líneas 180, 181, 615, C1, C2, C6, C7, C8 y R6.

¿Hay aparcamiento privado?

No disponemos de aparcamiento privado, pero hay un aparcamiento público en Via Terrracina, a pocos pasos de la exposición.

El aparcamiento es accesible 7 días a la semana de 07:00 a 23:00.

¿Pueden entrar niños menores de 4 años? ¿A partir de qué edad pueden entrar niños no acompañados?

Los niños menores de 4 años no pagan y no necesitan reserva.

Los niños mayores de 16 años pueden entrar no acompañados por un adulto.

¿Balloon Museum es accesible para personas con discapacidad o problemas de movilidad? ¿Hay descuentos para estas categorías?

El Museo no tiene barreras y es accesible en silla de ruedas. La entrada es gratuita para las personas con una discapacidad certificada igual o superior al 70%, o titulares de un 104 en el caso de los menores. Los acompañantes tienen derecho a una entrada reducida, que recomendamos adquirir en línea para garantizar el acceso, o en taquilla, en función de la disponibilidad.
Siempre garantizamos la admisión a estas categorías y existe una vía rápida en caso de colas, con acceso específico sin barreras.

¿Es posible entrar más tarde de la hora comprada?

La tolerancia máxima con respecto a la hora de entrada adquirida es de 15 minutos. Si llega a tiempo, la entrada está garantizada. Si llega a una hora diferente, no podemos garantizarle que pueda entrar inmediatamente.

¿Qué ocurre si he comprado una entrada y no puedo venir, hay reembolso?

La entrada no es reembolsable, si ha comprado una entrada para una fecha y no puede venir, puede reutilizarla de lunes a jueves (excepto festivos).

¿Cuánto dura la visita?

La visita dura aproximadamente una hora y media.

¿Puedo llevar a mi perro?

Balloon Museum admite mascotas y da la bienvenida a todos nuestros pequeños amigos de cuatro patas, que deben llevar correa en todo momento y, si son de tamaño grande, deben llevar bozal.

¿Están permitidas las fotos?

Las fotos están permitidas y se fomentan. Están prohibidas las filmaciones comerciales, las entrevistas de prensa, las filmaciones de los medios de comunicación y cualquier equipo de vídeo profesional sin la autorización previa y el acompañamiento de un representante del Balloon Museum. ¿Cómo se mantiene limpio Hypercosmo?

Mediante tres máquinas especiales que limpian y desinfectan todas las bolas. El limpiador de bolas EF-WB01 es una máquina de limpieza automática inteligente todo en uno con aspiración de bolas, lavado, desinfección UV y toalla que permite utilizar las bolas después de limpiarlas sin tener que esperar.

The exhibition is suitable for all ages and admission is free of charge for children under the age of three. Children up to 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

Yes, the Balloon Museum is accessible to people with disabilities or mobility disabilities. There are facilities in place. The ticket is full price for the individual and their carer is entitled to a reduced child ticket which we recommend purchasing online for guaranteed access, alternatively it can be purchased at the ticket office if available.

Is there a cloak room?

Yes! There is a cloak room where you can leave your items for free.

Are backpacks allowed ?

Balloon Museum does not allow bags or backpacks larger than 8” x 5” or luggages to be brought into the venue.
Diaper bags (if attending with a young child) and bags approved for medical needs will be permitted after search by security personnel. All other bags, backpacks, totes etc are strictly prohibited.

We offer complimentary bag checks on site, but encourage our guests to leave larger bags at home.

Natural latex is combined with pigments to give a wonderfully colorful and 100% bio-based product. At a time when the world is facing a growing plastic waste problem, it is important to know that our balloons are not plastic.

How do you keep Hyperstellar clean?

By means of three special machines that clean and disinfect all the balls. The EF-WB01 ball cleaner is an intelligent all-in-one automatic cleaning machine with ball suction, washing, UV disinfection and towel that allows the balls to be used after cleaning without having to wait.

Guests with access needs are entitled to a free carer ticket for one personal assistant/carer who accompanies any disabled guest. All visiting guests except for the carer require a purchased ticket.

For safety! Take care of all personal belongings. Objects tend to get lost in the pool, so we recommend putting aside your precious items. The company is not responsible for items lost inside the museum.

Yes! There is a cloak room where you can leave your items for free.
