¿Cuáles son sus horarios?
El Balloon Museum está abierto de lunes a domingo en los siguientes horarios:
Lunes – Jueves: 10:30 – 14:30 (última entrada a las 13:00) / 16:00 – 21:00 (última entrada a las 19:30)
Viernes: 10:30 – 14:30 (última entrada a las 13:00) / 16:00 – 22:00 (última entrada a las 20:30)
Sábado: 10:00 – 22:00 (última entrada a las 20:30)
Domingo: 10:00 – 21:00 (última entrada a las 19:30)
La última admisión es una hora y media antes del cierre del museo. De esta manera, aquellos que ingresan con la última admisión tienen tiempo para completar toda la visita.

La exposición es adecuada para todas las edades y la entrada es gratuita para los niños hasta los tres años. Los niños de hasta 14 años deben estar acompañados por un adulto.
¿Es accesible el Balloon Museum para personas con discapacidades o movilidad reducida? ¿Hay instalaciones para estas categorías?
El Balloon Museum es accesible y utilizable en silla de ruedas. La entrada tiene precio reducido y su cuidador tiene derecho a una entrada gratuita. Siempre garantizamos la admisión a estas categorías y hay un acceso rápido en caso de filas y acceso sin barreras específicas.
¿Ofrecen un período de gracia después de la ventana de reserva?

El Balloon Museum es amigable con las mascotas y da la bienvenida a todos nuestros pequeños amigos de cuatro patas, quienes deben estar atados con correa y con bozal si son grandes. Está estrictamente prohibido introducir animales en la piscina de bolas.
¿Se permite la fotografía?
¡Se permite y se alienta la fotografía! La filmación comercial, entrevistas de prensa, filmaciones de medios y todo el equipo de video profesional sin aprobación previa y la supervisión de un representante del Balloon Museum está prohibido. ¿Cómo aborda Balloon Museum la cuestión de la sostenibilidad?
El Balloon Museum se esfuerza por adoptar políticas de sostenibilidad ambientalmente amigables. Las instalaciones son diseñadas por destacados artistas internacionales del movimiento Pop y apoyan el reciclaje y las energías ambientalmente sostenibles. Actualmente, están creadas con materiales biodegradables y reciclables. Todos nuestros globos están hechos de “caucho”, un material natural y renovable. El látex natural se combina con pigmentos para dar un producto maravillosamente colorido y 100% bio-basado. En un momento en que el mundo enfrenta un problema creciente de desechos plásticos, es importante saber que nuestros globos no son de plástico.
¿Cómo se mantiene limpio Hypercosmo?
Mediante tres máquinas especiales que limpian y desinfectan todas las bolas. El limpiador de bolas EF-WB01 es una máquina automática inteligente todo en uno con succión de bola, lavado, desinfección UV y toalla que permite usar las bolas después de la limpieza sin tener que esperar.

What are your hours?
The event is open daily with the following hours:
Monday – Friday opening at 1:00 PM; Saturday and Sunday opening at 10:00 AM until May 24th.
Monday – Sunday opening at 10:00 AM until the end of the event.
Last entry is one hour before the museum closes. This way, those who enter with the last admission have time to complete the entire visit.
The ticket office closes one hour before the closing time.

The exhibition is suitable for all ages and admission is free of charge for children under the age of three. Children up to 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
Is Balloon Museum accessible to people with disabilities or mobility disabilities? Are there facilities for these categories?
Yes, the Balloon Museum is accessible to people with disabilities or mobility disabilities. There are facilities in place. The ticket is full price for the individual and their carer is entitled to a reduced child ticket which we recommend purchasing online for guaranteed access, alternatively it can be purchased at the ticket office if available.

Are wheelchairs allowed?
Wheelchairs are allowed but we do not provide storage.
Do you provide a grace period after the reservation window?
We provide a 15 minute grace period after your reservation window. If you don’t arrive on time, we cannot guarantee immediate access.
If you have purchased a ticket for the last entry, you must respect the time otherwise you can come back from Monday to Thursday (2 pm – 7 pm).
What happens if I bought a ticket and can't make it, is there a refund?
There is not a refund. If you have purchased a ticket for a date and cannot make it, it can be reused Monday to Thursday (excluding holidays) 2 pm – 7 pm.
How long is the Balloon Museum experience?
The visit is about an hour and a half.
Are pets allowed in the museum?
The Balloon Museum is pet-friendly and welcomes all our little four-legged friends, who must be on a leash and muzzled if large. It is strictly forbidden to introduce animals into the ball pit.
Is photography allowed?

Is there a cloak room?
Yes! There is a cloak room where you can leave your items for free.
Are backpacks allowed ?
Balloon Museum does not allow bags or backpacks larger than 8” x 5” or luggages to be brought into the venue.
Diaper bags (if attending with a young child) and bags approved for medical needs will be permitted after search by security personnel. All other bags, backpacks, totes etc are strictly prohibited.
We offer complimentary bag checks on site, but encourage our guests to leave larger bags at home.

How does Balloon Museum address the issue of sustainability?
The Balloon Museum strives to adopt environmentally friendly sustainability policies. Installations are designed by leading international artists from the Pop movement and support recycling and environmentally sustainable energies.
Actually, they are created with biodegradable and recyclable materials. All our balloons are made of ‘rubber’, a natural and renewable material. Natural latex is combined with pigments to give a wonderfully colorful and 100% bio-based product. At a time when the world is facing a growing plastic waste problem, it is important to know that our balloons are not plastic.
How do you keep Hyperstellar clean?
By means of three special machines that clean and disinfect all the balls. The EF-WB01 ball cleaner is an intelligent all-in-one automatic cleaning machine with ball suction, washing, UV disinfection and towel that allows the balls to be used after cleaning without having to wait.
