Alcune opere (Never Ending Story, Hypercosmo e Aria – The Breath Immersive Experience) non sono consigliate a chi soffre di epilessia, disturbi correlati a malattie dell’equilibrio e del bilanciamento per via di luci stroboscopiche, di immagini e di suoni che potrebbero alterare la sensibilità sensoriale. Tuttavia l’accesso al museo rimane a discrezione dell’individuo. Qualora fosse necessaria una particolare assistenza ci metteremo a disposizione per effettuare un percorso alternativo evitando le installazioni che potrebbero causare problemi.

L’ingresso all’installazione artistica POLYHEADRA è vietato ai portatori di stimolatori elettrici (pacemaker) per via della presenza di magneti.

Quali sono i vostri orari?

Il Ballon Museum è aperto tutti i giorni seguendo questi orari:

Lunedì – Venerdì: 14.00 – 20.00 (ultima entrata 19.00)
Sabato e Domenica: 10.00 – 21.00 (ultima entrata 20.00)

L’ultimo ingresso è un’ora prima della chiusura del museo. In questo modo, chi accede con l’ultimo ingresso ha il tempo di completare l’intera visita.

Dove si trova il Ballon Museum e come si accede?

Il Balloon Museum si trova nel Quartiere Fuorigrotta alla Mostra d’Oltremare, ingresso Via Terracina 197 – 80125 Napoli NA, facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici. Basta prendere la linea 2 della metropolitana e scendere alla fermata Campi Flegrei, oppure la linea Cumana alla fermata Mostra e percorrere qualche metro a piedi prima di ritrovarvi all’ingresso principale del sito.

In alternativa in treno con l’L9 scendendo alla fermata Mostra-Stadio-Maradona Fuorigrotta.

Vicinissimo è anche lo stazionamento degli autobus di Piazzale Tecchio dove si possono prendere le linee 180, 181, 615, C1, C2, C6, C7, C8 e R6.

È presente un parcheggio privato?

Non disponiamo di un parcheggio privato, tuttavia è presente un parcheggio pubblico in Via Terrracina a pochi passi dalla Mostra.

Il parcheggio è accessibile 7 giorni su 7 dalle 07:00 alle 23:00.

I bambini sotto i 4 anni possono accedere all’evento? Da che età i ragazzi possono entrare non accompagnati?

I bambini sotto i 4 anni non pagano e non necessitano di prenotazione. I ragazzi dai 16 anni in su possono entrare non accompagnati da un adulto.

Il Balloon Museum è fruibile per le persone con invalidità o disabilità motorie? Ci sono agevolazioni per queste categorie?

Il Museo è privo di barriere architettoniche e fruibile in sedia a rotelle; l’ingresso è gratuito per le persone con invalidità certificata pari o superiore al 70% o possessori di 104 in caso di minori. È previsto un accompagnatore che ha diritto a un biglietto ridotto che consigliamo di acquistare on line per avere accesso garantito, altrimenti può essere acquistato in biglietteria previa disponibilità.

 

Garantiamo sempre l’ingresso a queste categorie ed è prevista una corsia preferenziale in caso di fila, con accesso specifico privo di barriere architettoniche.

È possibile entrare in ritardo rispetto all’orario acquistato?

La tolleranza massima rispetto all’orario di ingresso acquistato è di 15 min. Se si arriva puntuali, l’ingresso è garantito. Se arrivate a un orario diverso, non possiamo garantire che possiate entrare immediatamente.

Se avete acquistato il biglietto per l’ultima fascia, l’ingresso sarà tassativo entro i 15 minuti successivi, quindi per le ore 20.15 oppure 21:15. In caso di ritardo maggiore, il biglietto potrà essere riutilizzato in un giorno e orario a scelta tra lunedì e giovedì

Che succede se ho comprato un biglietto e non riesco a venire, è previsto un rimborso?

Il biglietto non è rimborsabile, se avete acquistato un ticket per una data e non riuscite a venire, lo stesso potrà essere riutilizzato dal Lunedì al Giovedì (escluso i giorni festivi).

La visita dura circa 1 ora e mezza.

Posso portare con me il mio cane?

Il Balloon Museum è pet-friendly e accoglie tutti i nostri piccoli amici a quattro zampe, che devono essere sempre la guinzaglio e se di taglia grande devono portare la museruola.

Le foto sono consentite e incoraggiate! Sono vietate le riprese commerciali, le interviste alla stampa, le riprese per i media e tutte le attrezzature video professionali senza l’approvazione preventiva e l’accompagnamento di un rappresentante del Balloon Museum. Come si pone il Balloon Museum rispetto al tema della sostenibilità?

Maggiori artisti internazionali dai movimenti Pop, sostengono il riciclo e le energie ecosostenibili e sono create usando materiali biodegradabili o riciclabili. Tutti i nostri palloncini sono realizzati in lattice di caucciù, un materiale naturale e rinnovabile. Il lattice naturale è combinato con pigmenti per dare un prodotto meravigliosamente colorato che al 100% a base biologica. In un momento in cui il mondo sta affrontando un crescente problema di rifiuti di plastica, è importante sapere che i nostri palloncini non sono di plastica.

Come fate a mantenere pulita Hypercosmo?

Tramite tre appositi macchinari che puliscono e disinfettano tutte le palline. Il pulitore a sfera EF-WB01 è una macchina per la pulizia automatica intelligente tutto in uno con aspirazione a sfera, lavaggio, disinfezione UV e asciugamano che consente dopo la pulizia di utilizzare le sfere senza dover attendere.

Last entry is one hour before the museum closes. This way, those who enter with the last admission have time to complete the entire visit.

The exhibition is suitable for all ages and admission is free of charge for children under the age of three. Children up to 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

Yes, the Balloon Museum is accessible to people with disabilities or mobility disabilities. There are facilities in place. The ticket is full price for the individual and their carer is entitled to a reduced child ticket which we recommend purchasing online for guaranteed access, alternatively it can be purchased at the ticket office if available.

We provide a 15 minute grace period after your reservation window. If you don’t arrive on time, we cannot guarantee immediate access.

If you have purchased a ticket for the last entry, you must respect the time otherwise you can come back from Monday to Thursday (2 pm – 7 pm).

Is there a cloak room?

Yes! There is a cloak room where you can leave your items for free.

Are backpacks allowed ?

Balloon Museum does not allow bags or backpacks larger than 8” x 5” or luggages to be brought into the venue.
Diaper bags (if attending with a young child) and bags approved for medical needs will be permitted after search by security personnel. All other bags, backpacks, totes etc are strictly prohibited.

We offer complimentary bag checks on site, but encourage our guests to leave larger bags at home.

The Balloon Museum strives to adopt environmentally friendly sustainability policies. Installations are designed by leading international artists from the Pop movement and support recycling and environmentally sustainable energies.
Actually, they are created with biodegradable and recyclable materials. All our balloons are made of ‘rubber’, a natural and renewable material. Natural latex is combined with pigments to give a wonderfully colorful and 100% bio-based product. At a time when the world is facing a growing plastic waste problem, it is important to know that our balloons are not plastic.

How do you keep Hyperstellar clean?

By means of three special machines that clean and disinfect all the balls. The EF-WB01 ball cleaner is an intelligent all-in-one automatic cleaning machine with ball suction, washing, UV disinfection and towel that allows the balls to be used after cleaning without having to wait.

Guests with access needs are entitled to a free carer ticket for one personal assistant/carer who accompanies any disabled guest. All visiting guests except for the carer require a purchased ticket.
Once you have purchased your ticket, please email us with the time of your visit and make sure to arrive at the ticket office at least 10 minutes before the scheduled tour.

For safety! Take care of all personal belongings. Objects tend to get lost in the pool, so we recommend putting aside your precious items. The company is not responsible for items lost inside the museum.

Yes! There is a cloak room where you can leave your items for free.

Of course and storage space is provided. If you wish to use the stroller please note that the museum will be structured on several floors.
