The last entry is allowed two hours before the closing of the museum, so that those who enter at that time can complete the visit. If you have purchased the ticket for the last time slot (7:00 PM, 8:00 PM), entry will be allowed within the following 15 minutes (7:15 PM, 8:15 PM). Note: opening and closing hours may vary during holidays or on special events. It is recommended to always check the updated hours before the visit.

Where is the Balloon Museum located?

The museum is located at Mana Wynwood Miami, 318 NW 23rd St, Miami, FL 33127, United States, easily reachable with these public transport means:

Culmer Metrorail Station (the closest station to Balloon Museum – ORANGE/GREEN LINE)
From Government Center Station:

Is there private parking?

Balloon Museum does not own, manage, or operate a private parking facility.
Paid parking is available nearby through the private parking lot operated by the Mana Wynwood Convention Center, along with additional paid parking options in the surrounding area.

How long does a visit to the Balloon Museum take?

The duration of the visit is variable and depends on the time you wish to dedicate to the individual installations. On average, the experience lasts about 1 hour, 1 hour and a half.
The last entry is allowed up to two before the closing of the museum

What happens if I arrive late compared to the booking time?

A tolerance margin of 15 minutes after the booking time is provided. If you do not arrive on time, we cannot guarantee immediate access.
If you have purchased a ticket for the last entry, it is necessary to respect the time; otherwise, it is possible to return from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Can I take photos and videos?

Taking photographs and making videos is allowed and even encouraged!
Interviews with the press, filming for commercial or media purposes and the use of professional video equipment are prohibited without prior authorization and supervision by a representative of Balloon Museum.

Is the exhibition suitable for younger children? From what age can minors enter unaccompanied?

The exhibition is suitable for all ages and entry is free without the need for a ticket or reservation for children up to 3 years old. Minors under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
We remind that the installations of Balloon Museum are contemporary art works and must be treated with care and respect. For this reason we invite parents and accompanying persons to always supervise younger children, helping them to experience the visit as an opportunity to approach art, with curiosity, respect and a spirit of play and to experience it as part of a shared space, where adults and children discover new emotions together through art.

Balloon Museum is a cashless event. Cash payments are not accepted.

What happens if I purchased a ticket and cannot attend? Is a refund provided?

Tickets are non-refundable
If you have purchased a ticket for a date and cannot attend, it can be reused from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Group visits require a minimum of 20 people.

For any inquiries related to tickets purchased through Universe, please contact the Universe support team directly at support@universe.com.

You can reach out to Universe if:
• You can no longer attend on your selected date or time
• You have not received your tickets after purchase (please be sure to check your spam or junk folder first)
• You were charged more than once
• You accidentally purchased the wrong ticket type

What are the Art Lovers Sessions?

Art Lovers Sessions are dedicated 18+ time slots available every Wednesday from 6:00 PM and every Friday from 7:00 PM until the end of the exhibition.
During these sessions, admission is restricted to visitors aged 18 and over. Children and minors are not permitted to enter the exhibition during these time slots, even if accompanied by an adult.
Art Lovers Sessions offer the opportunity to experience the exhibition in a more relaxed and intimate atmosphere.
Only Adult and Reduced tickets are available for these sessions. Family, Child, and any other ticket categories are not valid during Art Lovers Sessions.
Please make sure to select a time slot outside of the Art Lovers Sessions if you are planning to visit with guests under the age of 18.

Can children attend the Art Lovers Sessions?

No. Art Lovers Sessions are reserved exclusively for visitors aged 18 and over. Guests under the age of 18 are not permitted to enter during these dedicated time slots, even if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Families with children are welcome to visit the exhibition during all regular opening hours outside of the Art Lovers Sessions.

Attention: Health and Safety

It is noted that some works (“Hyper Cosmo”, “A Soft Hurricane” and “Ginjos”) may not be suitable for people suffering from epilepsy, balance disorders or sensory sensitivities due to strobe lights, moving images and sounds; however, the visit to the museum is at the discretion of each person. If necessary, it is possible to choose an alternative route to avoid installations that could cause problems.
We provide acoustic protections for children sensitive to sounds, available for use if necessary.

The balloons are made of liquid rubber latex. If you are allergic to latex, we invite you to inform our staff.

We invite visitors to pay attention during the visit and to respect the displayed indications in order to best experience the exhibition.

Is the museum accessible to people with disabilities?

Yes, Balloon Museum is accessible to people with disabilities or with mobility problems. There are no architectural barriers and the route is usable with manual and electric wheelchairs.
A priority access lane is available. Furthermore, at the on-site ticket office, it is possible to request a wheelchair free of charge, if available at the time of the request.
Tickets for people with disabilities are divided into Adult with Disability and Florida Resident with Disability.
Entry is free for minors under 18 with disabilities.

Can I eat in the Balloon Museum?

It is not allowed to eat along the exhibition route, but at the end of the visit a cafeteria is available.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes, Balloon Museum is pet-friendly and gladly welcomes our small four-legged friends! However, it is necessary to respect some rules: dogs must always be kept on a leash and, if medium or large size, wear a muzzle. It is absolutely forbidden to introduce animals into the ball pool.
Remember that Balloon Museum is an interactive museum and it could be a stressful environment for your dog. Strobe lights, sounds, vibrations and balloons that could burst are elements present during the experience. Therefore make sure that your four-legged friend can feel comfortable in this context before bringing it with you.

I lost an item in the museum, what can I do?

Attention is invited to personal belongings which may be lost in the ball pool, therefore we recommend putting aside your items such as rings, bracelets, glasses, watches and mobile phones. The company is not responsible for any losses inside the museum.

Is there a cloakroom?

Yes, a paid cloakroom service is available.

Can I bring a stroller?

Yes, the route is accessible to strollers, but a stroller storage service is not available.

What is the Balloon Museum doing in terms of sustainability?

Balloon Museum is committed to adopting sustainable and environmentally respectful policies.
The installations are designed by leading international artists of the Pop movement and support recycling and the use of sustainable energies.
They are made with biodegradable and recyclable materials. All our balloons are made of “rubber”, a natural and renewable material. Natural latex is combined with pigments to create a colored and 100% bio-based product.
At a time when the world is facing a growing problem related to plastic waste, it is important to know that our balloons are not plastic.

How do you keep Hypercosmo clean?

We use special machines to clean and disinfect all the spheres with suction, washing, drying and UV disinfection functions.

Attention: What is not allowed and Prohibited Items

Backpacks
Backpacks are not allowed.
Balloon Museum does not allow bags or backpacks larger than 8” x 5”, nor luggage of any kind inside the venue.
Diaper bags (for guests with small children) and bags necessary for medical reasons are allowed, but will be subject to security check.
A paid cloakroom service is available on site, but we strongly encourage guests to leave large bags at home when possible.
