The duration of the visit may vary depending on how much time you choose to spend with each installation. On average, the experience lasts approximately 1 to 1.5 hours.

Yes. The exhibition is suitable for all ages. Children aged 0–2 can enter free of charge and do not require a ticket or reservation.

Children under 14 must always be accompanied by an adult.

Balloon Museum installations are contemporary artworks and should be treated with care and respect. We kindly ask parents and accompanying adults to supervise children throughout the visit.

Yes. Balloon Museum is accessible to visitors with reduced mobility, including those using manual or electric wheelchairs.

The exhibition is located across two floors, both accessible by lift.

Due to the nature of some installations, access to certain areas of the experience may be limited or restricted for visitors with reduced mobility.

Priority access is available. A wheelchair can also be requested free of charge at the on-site ticket desk, subject to availability.

Adult visitors with disabilities are eligible for a reduced ticket, while one accompanying person may enter free of charge. Visitors with disabilities under the age of 18 and one accompanying person are also admitted free of charge.

Some installations may not be suitable for visitors with epilepsy, balance disorders, hearing conditions or sensory sensitivities due to strobe lighting, images and sounds.

Balloons are made from liquid natural rubber latex. If you have a latex allergy, please consider this before your visit and inform our staff if you require assistance.

Balloon Museum accepts electronic payments only. Cash payments are not accepted.

A maximum tolerance of 15 minutes after your booked entry time is allowed.

If you arrive on time, your entry is guaranteed. If you arrive outside your booked time slot, we cannot guarantee immediate admission and entry will be subject to availability and venue capacity.

Tickets are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend on the booked date, an unused ticket may be used on a later Monday to Thursday, excluding public holidays, after the original booking date.

You do not need to make a new reservation or notify us in advance. On arrival, please go to the ticket desk and show your unused ticket.

Group visits are available for a minimum of 20 people, with dedicated group rates.

Commercial filming, press interviews, media or television filming and the use of professional video equipment are not permitted without prior approval from Balloon Museum and the supervision of a Balloon Museum representative.

Yes. Strollers are permitted throughout the visit.

Please note that there is no dedicated stroller storage area.

Eating and drinking are not permitted during the exhibition.

At the end of the visitor route, a café and refreshment area is available where food and drinks can be purchased.

Yes. A paid cloakroom is available for coats, bags and small to medium-sized backpacks.

Large backpacks, suitcases, trolley bags, bicycles and scooters cannot be brought into the museum or stored in the cloakroom.

Please take particular care of personal belongings in the ball pit. We recommend securely storing items such as rings, bracelets, glasses, watches and phones before entering.

Balloon Museum cannot be held responsible for personal items lost during the visit.

For the safety of visitors, artworks and the venue, the following items are not permitted:

• Folding chairs, except walking-stick seats
• Scooters, roller skates and skateboards
• Firearms, ammunition and weapons
• Knives, blades and other dangerous objects
• Tools such as cutters, screwdrivers, hammers and pliers
• Aerosols, paints, sprays and substances that may damage artworks or the venue
• Explosive, flammable or volatile substances
• Electric batteries from bicycles, scooters or similar vehicles
• Illegal substances
• Dangerous, excessively heavy, bulky or strong-smelling items

The ball pit is cleaned using dedicated equipment designed to automatically collect, wash, disinfect with UV technology and dry the balls.

Balloon Museum is committed to environmentally conscious practices and supports recycling and the responsible use of materials.

The balloons used in the exhibition are made from natural rubber latex combined with pigments and are not made from plastic.
